Intended Use / Legal Notice

This vehicle is a pure motorsport device.
It is exclusively intended for use on non-public race tracks, training grounds, and closed private properties.
The vehicle is not approved for use on public roads.

Important notes:

1. No road approval:
   This vehicle has no EC/EU type approval and no operating permit according to StVZO.
   Operation on public roads is expressly prohibited.

2. No CE marking required:
   As this vehicle is exclusively intended for motorsport and is not considered a consumer product within the meaning of EU harmonization regulations, it is not subject to CE marking requirements.

3. Motorsport use:
   The vehicle is designed for experienced drivers who are familiar with the risks of motorsport and use on closed tracks.
   Motorsport carries an increased risk potential. The operator is responsible for wearing suitable protective clothing and adhering to the safety rules of the respective facility.

4. No use by minors without supervision:
   Operation by minors or inexperienced persons may only take place under the supervision of suitable, qualified persons and exclusively in designated areas.

5. Warranty & Disclaimer in Motorsport:
   Increased stresses can occur due to intended use in motorsport.
   Wear parts and damages resulting from racing operations are not covered by the normal warranty.
   The operator is responsible for regular technical inspections, maintenance, and safe operational readiness of the vehicle.

Disclaimer

The manufacturer/importer/dealer assumes no liability for:

• Damages resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or alterations to the vehicle.

• Damages occurring from use outside the described motorsport environment.

• Violations of legal regulations, in particular the prohibition of use on public roads.

• Accidents, falls, or injuries arising from the typical risks of motorsport,

• Damage to the vehicle caused by racing operations, overloading, or improper use,

• Consequential damages of any kind (e.g., loss of earnings, loss of use, transport costs),

• Damages resulting from alterations or modifications to the vehicle.

Liability is excluded for simple negligence, unless essential contractual obligations are violated.

Statutory liability regulations remain unaffected for:

• Intent or gross negligence,

• Injury to life, body, or health,

• Mandatory claims under the Product Liability Act.

Use of the vehicle is at your own risk. The operator is obliged to inform themselves about all local laws and regulations regarding motorsport operations and to comply with them.
